Established in 2004, OM Roofing Inc. is a privately held and operated specialty contractor providing roofing and waterproofing services for commercial, institutional, industrial and residential buildings (including apartment buildings and condominiums).

We perform Deferred Roofing/Waterproofing Maintenance Services and we provide Proactive Roof Maintenance and Management Programs that allow most companies to save significant bottom-line dollars on an annual basis to maximize the sustainable life of the various thermal and moisture protection systems.

The OM Roofing Inc team install, repair and maintain BUILT-UP HOT/COLD, TILES, SHAKES, SHINGLES and MODIFIED BITUMEN, POLYURETHANE FOAM, COATING AND SINGLE PLY Roofing Systems and FLUID APPLIED Waterproofing Systems including EPOXY/POLYMER INJECTIONS. GREEN and ENERGY SAVINGS PRODUCTS are increasingly being utilized on our projects.
